This includes exclusive 24-hour venue hire (6am-6am), toilets for up to 2,000 people, cloakroom, first aid room, client office, and black tiled carpet throughout. Furniture, catering, security, and technical equipment are additional costs.

Mandatory costs include site security (£1,144.80 + VAT per day), event security manager (£371.70 + VAT for 8 hours), event security officers (minimum 9 officers at £274.50 + VAT each for 8 hours), Parks Police (sergeant at £69.95/hour, constable at £56.20/hour, 2 support at £41.35/hour each), event first aider (£302.10 + VAT for 9.5 hours), and cleaning (£777-£1,823.20 + VAT depending on guest numbers). Electricity usage costs £720-£1,440 + VAT per day depending on event type.

The venue accommodates up to 2,000 for seated dinners, 3,500 for theatre layout, 4,000 for receptions and parties, and 5,000 for exhibitions. Encore is the exclusive in-house AV partner providing all rigging, power, and sound systems. An AV contribution of £20,000-£36,000 + VAT applies to larger events. External production companies may incur buy-out fees and commission charges.

For events less than 4 weeks away, full payment is required within 10 days to secure spaces.
