Swan at The Globe is located at 21 New Globe Walk, London, SE1 9DT, situated beneath the iconic Globe theatre on London's Bankside by the River Thames. The venue has an exclusive riverside entrance and is easily accessible from central London.

The venue offers multiple spaces including the Underglobe (up to 450 guests for award ceremonies, gala dinners, weddings, parties and fundraisers), the Balcony Room (up to 70 seated or 120 standing), and the River Room. The Balcony Room features panelled green walls, statement chandelier, floor-to-ceiling French windows opening onto a private balcony with views of St Paul's Cathedral, the Thames, and the Globe theatre.

Minimum spend varies by space, date, and event type. Examples include: Balcony Room £3,000 plus 12.5% service charge (daytime), £4,500 inc VAT plus 12.5% service charge (evening wedding), £5,500 plus 12.5% service charge (evening event), £6,500 plus 12.5% service charge (evening with second option status), and £13,000 plus 12.5% service charge with additional £2,000 room hire and planning fee for extended events.

Executive Chef Cedric Tourainne and his team create bespoke menus for private dining spaces, inspired by seasonal British produce. Menus change four times a year and are sourced from eclectic London suppliers, including Borough Market. The venue offers in-house catering with options for seated dinners, buffets, canapés, and various dining packages.

The Underglobe features built-in staging, high-spec sound, lighting and projection systems, and 270-degree projection surrounding the venue. The venue includes AV technician services, projector, surround sound, and lighting system. Additional AV requirements can be accommodated for presentations and events.

To secure a booking, the venue requires 50% deposit payment along with signed Terms and Conditions. All pricing includes 12.5% service charge, and some events may have additional room hire and planning fees depending on the space and event requirements.

The venue has a 1AM licence for late events. Event timings vary by space and availability - for example, some daytime events may need to finish by 4:30pm if the space is in use for another event in the evening. The venue can accommodate both daytime meetings and evening celebrations.
