Graceful pillars of green marble draw the eye to Conrad Dressler's celebrated Persian enamel frieze depicting human and divine justice, while mahogany panelling, 17th Century stained glass windows, and a peacock-tiled fireplace make this grand room wholly impressive for a civil ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception.

Riverside Rooms

A luxurious, accessible conference room with a domed ceiling and period features in Central London.

Located on the ground floor of this award-winning Grade II listing venue, the Smeaton room is fully accessible. Guests will be amazed by the rich and dark French walnut panelling and by the high domed ceiling lit by a large crystal chandelier. The soft furnishing including curtains and carpets are well-appointed in reds, greens and golds which help create a warm, luxurious feel in the room.
The Smeaton room is connected to the Brunel room which allow flexibility in how the space is used should you have a drinks reception before dinner.

The defining feature of The East Room, high up on the top floor of the Boiler House, is the view - a panoramic sweep of the London Skyline from St Paul's to the Shard. Use of this space can be combined with an exclusive private view of our galleries.

The largest of our spaces - the Bridewell Hall is an elegant space with high-ceilings and large original windows, lending itself just as easily to conferences, lectures and AGMs as to lavish parties, formal dinners and wedding receptions. 

The Farringdon Room neighbours Bridewell Hall and is often hired in conjunction, serving as a breakout space, registration and catering space or dance floor for receptions. For events over 100 guests, we do recommend that you book this adjoining room for your comfort and ease.

The Whitehall Suite in One Whitehall Place has a superb Central London location. The Whitehall Suite offers a sizable venue for your meeting, seminar or conference up to 170 people. 

The adjacent Whitehall Reception is used for registration & catering and provides exclusive use of lower ground floor, with its own cloakroom and toilet facilities.

The venue itself is Grade I listed and high profile, overlooking the River Thames near Embankment tube station, and is  an excellent business venue.

The Max Nasatyr room has dual 1080p projector screens, 2 high-definition hybrid capable cameras and the ability to live stream to YouTube - making it the perfect space for your in person or hybrid meeting. the space offers exclusive hire of the floor, offering 2 AV and hybrid equipped breakout rooms. The private foyer can be used for refreshment space, or registration, and a private cloakroom is included.
