Located on the top floor of Swan, the Balcony Room is a beautiful and versatile event space which looks out onto St. Paul's Cathedral, the River Thames and the Globe theatre. A private balcony, accessible through large French windows allows guests to take in the panoramic views of London. Elegant panelled walls, a dark wood floor and Dido Crosby artwork are all features of this space. This space can be hired for breakfast and day meetings, lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions and parties and is also fully licensed for weddings.

The Balcony Room has varying minimum spends: £3,000 plus 12.5% service charge for daytime events, £4,000-£4,500 inc VAT plus 12.5% service charge for evening events, £5,500 for Friday evenings, £6,500 for Saturday evenings, and up to £13,000 plus a £2,000 room hire and planning fee for extended events. All minimum spends are subject to 12.5% service charge.

The Balcony Room can accommodate up to 70 people for seated dining or up to 120 people for standing receptions. The space features lift access, its own private bar and cloakroom, and French windows opening onto a private balcony with views of St Paul's Cathedral, the Thames, and the Globe theatre.

A 50% deposit payment is required along with signed Terms and Conditions to secure any booking. The venue requires both the deposit and signed contract before confirming the reservation.

Executive Chef Cedric Tourainne and his team create bespoke menus for private dining spaces, inspired by seasonal British produce. Menus change four times a year and are sourced from London suppliers including Borough Market. The venue provides sample menus with proposals and offers various packages from breakfast meetings to three-course dinners.

Some events have timing restrictions due to other bookings - for example, daytime events may need to finish by 4:30pm if the space is booked for an evening event. The venue operates with first and second option holds, and availability varies significantly by date and time slot.

If the venue cannot accommodate an event within the outlined budget, they will decline the booking and offer to help find alternative venues. This policy appears to apply when client budgets fall significantly below the venue's minimum requirements.
