The Park Room is the most intimate of ROSL’s meeting rooms. Situated on the ground floor with a large bay window overlooking ROSL’s private garden and Green Park beyond, this room is an ideal central London venue for small meetings and intimate dinner parties. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire varies by space: Princess Alexandra Hall costs £1,500-£2,500 plus VAT, Hall of India & Pakistan costs £1,300-£1,900 plus VAT, and Garden exclusive hire requires £11,500 plus VAT minimum spend. All spaces require minimum catering spends ranging from £1,500-£6,000 plus VAT depending on the room and event type.

Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use their in-house catering services, with minimum catering spends applying to each space.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 150 theatre style, 100 round tables, or 80 cabaret style. Hall of India & Pakistan holds 150 theatre style, 120 round tables, or 80 cabaret style. The Garden has a maximum capacity of 120 guests standing.

Most events have access from 08:00-18:00 for daytime events or 18:00-23:00 for evening events. Garden events typically run 14:00-22:00 or 18:00-22:00, and all spaces must be fully vacated by the specified end times with no extensions.

Day Delegate Rate packages cost £85-£143 plus VAT per person and include arrival tea/coffee with pastries, morning refreshments, lunch (fork buffet or working lunch), afternoon tea/coffee, room hire, AV equipment, and event management. Minimum numbers range from 80-100 guests depending on the package.

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contracts and invoicing plus billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage on final invoices (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoicing). Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning, and entertainment is charged separately at additional cost.

Garden events only permit jazz, classical, or acoustic background music in keeping with the clubhouse environment and neighbourhood requirements. All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the Event Team, and no amplified music is allowed in the Garden.

Princess Alexandra Hall includes integrated audio-visual system with stage, screen, projector, PA sound system, microphones, and lectern. Hall of India & Pakistan has sound system, microphone, and lectern. All rooms have manned cloakroom and dedicated events team included.

The Lily Wedding Package costs £244 plus VAT per guest (minimum 30 guests) and includes one hour sparkling wine reception, 8 canapé items, three-course dinner, half bottle house wine, champagne toast, white linen, cake stand and knife, room hire for Garden and Princess Alexandra Hall (18:00-23:00), and event management.
