Rich Mix

The Studio costs £1,525 + VAT for a 5-hour evening hire (6:30pm-11:30pm) including one bar staff member. Screen 3 costs £550 per hour + VAT with a 2-hour minimum for daytime screenings, totaling £700 + VAT for the minimum hire. The Streetside room has a day rate of £600 + VAT plus a £400 refundable damage deposit. All spaces require a technician at £125-£280 + VAT depending on the event requirements.

The Studio accommodates up to 100 guests in tiered seating with space for an additional 50 chairs in front. Screen 3 holds up to 59 guests and is wheelchair accessible with 2 designated spots. The Boardroom and The Lab have a maximum capacity of 20 people each. The Mix can accommodate 150 people seated or up to 300 standing.

Rich Mix operates from 9am-9pm for most spaces. Events typically cannot run past 11:30pm as the venue closes by then. All spaces have a minimum hire requirement of 4 hours, except Screen 3 which has a 2-hour minimum for cinema screenings.

Rich Mix works with external suppliers for catering as they do not have a usable kitchen. Refreshment stations cost £3.50 + VAT per person per service, and drinks tokens are £5 + VAT per person covering bottled/canned beers, medium glass of house wine, or soft drinks.
