There is a mandatory minimum spend on beverages only, ranging from £2,000+VAT to £15,000+VAT depending on the event size and date. The venue does not offer dry hire - all events must include beverage service. This minimum can sometimes be negotiated down for certain events.

The LED screen costs between £500+VAT and £2,500+VAT depending on the event. All presentations and content creation must be managed by the client, including event day operation. The venue provides the screen but not content management services.

Food options include canapes at £37-£44+VAT for 8 per person, substantial canapes at £41+VAT for 8 per person, and various catering styles (street food, bowl food, buffet, 3-course meals). Kitchen buyout is available for £500+VAT. The venue works with various caterers and pricing depends on choices and budget.
