The 4000sqft Warehouse has a rich history, having been a factory and rave venue in its past. Carefully restored by Studio Spaces, it retains much of its raw industrial beauty. It features original brickwork, concrete columns and concrete flooring but with the addition of rigging, truss points and sound treatment. The space has unlimited versatility and is perfect for large-scale productions and high-capacity events all the way through to film and photo shoots, fashion shows and weddings.

The Events space can accommodate 300-350 people seated or up to 300 people standing. This capacity applies to the main warehouse space which is 4000sqft across the venue's total 743sqm footprint.

Daily hire starts at £2000 + VAT per day for an 8am-6pm slot. The Warehouse space is quoted at £2500 + VAT for day hire, while The Onyx Bar is £1500 + VAT including all staff and security. The Black Studio is £3500 + VAT and includes sound system, lighting, LED screen, and wired microphone.

The venue includes in-house AV facilities with full lighting rig, Funktion-one sound system, LED screens, and wired microphones. The Black Studio specifically includes its own sound system, lighting, LED screen and wired mic, while The Onyx Bar has a large LED screen, PA system and 2 wired mics included.

The venue does not provide in-house catering and you are welcome to bring external caterers. However, drinks service varies by space - The Onyx Bar and Black Studio have their own bars where guests can purchase drinks, with drink tokens available at £8.50 inc VAT each for beer/wine/soft drinks.

Standard day hire runs 8am-6pm, though the venue has a late license for extended events. Evening events can run until late hours, with some quotes showing events from 8pm Friday to 5am Saturday, indicating flexibility for overnight and late-night events.

The venue does not provide chairs in-house and furniture needs to be hired externally through suppliers like www.yahire.com. The Black Studio can seat up to 170 people conference style when appropriate furniture is brought in.

The venue features a large loading bay for equipment and setup access. Setup times can be arranged, with some events having access from early morning (6am) or the evening before for AV testing and preparation.
