The Warehouse at Studio Spaces

The Events space can accommodate 300-350 people seated or up to 300 people standing. This capacity applies to the main warehouse space which is 4000sqft across the venue's total 743sqm footprint.

Daily hire starts at £2000 + VAT per day for an 8am-6pm slot. The Warehouse space is quoted at £2500 + VAT for day hire, while The Onyx Bar is £1500 + VAT including all staff and security. The Black Studio is £3500 + VAT and includes sound system, lighting, LED screen, and wired microphone.

The venue includes in-house AV facilities with full lighting rig, Funktion-one sound system, LED screens, and wired microphones.
