Christmas party dates cannot be held due to high demand - it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Each December features a new theme (2025 will be 'The Midnight Carnival'), and daytime availability runs from 7am until 5pm, with evening parties starting from 6pm.

Christmas party packages range from £145-£169 per person excluding VAT depending on guest numbers and requirements. This includes exclusive room hire, Christmas theming, entertainers, reception drinks, unlimited drinks for 5.5 hours, three-course dinner, and after-dinner DJ.

Security/Fire Marshals are mandatory at £395 per guard excluding VAT, with typically 1 guard required per 100 guests. Most events also require minimum AV spend commitments ranging from £1,000-£18,000 excluding VAT depending on event size and technical requirements.

Events typically require access from 7am for setup, with most daytime events finishing by 5pm and evening events running until 1am maximum. Christmas parties have specific timing restrictions with daytime access until 5pm and evening parties from 6pm onwards.

Popular dates like Christmas require immediate booking as they don't hold dates and operate first-come, first-served. The venue offers dates on '1st option' (confirmed) or '2nd option' (provisional hold), and they actively seek alternative venues if they cannot accommodate requests.
