No, Tudor Barn Eltham does not offer dry hire of the venue. All food and drinks must be ordered directly with the venue through their on-site chefs and bar service.

The venue cannot accommodate events with 500 guests, indicating there are capacity limitations. The Business space (Gastropub) has seating for up to 80 guests with a variety of seating arrangements including gastropub tables, sofa seating, and bar stools.
