The Fireworks Factory is our largest space. Its flexible design offers complete freedom to configure your layout on the long or short axis, or even in the round. It's set to make its mark as one of London's most intimate large venues.

Frequently asked questions

Coopers Studio costs £1,050 + VAT for an 8:00-17:00 hire period. This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic staffing for fire marshalling. The space can accommodate up to 60 people.

Vehicle access is only permitted on site between 8am-11pm daily. If you need additional time for setup or de-rig outside these hours, you must arrange this the day before or after your event.

Woolwich Works has five approved caterers (Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events) plus a simple internal catering menu. If using your own caterer, there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup incur extra charges. For requirements exceeding in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV partner White Light.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. You can view available furniture options on their website, though specific items may not always be available depending on other bookings.

Security/Hosts cost £35 per hour for 2 staff with a minimum 5-hour call per staff member (10 hours minimum total). Additional technicians beyond the included support cost £310 + VAT per day.

There's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set up your own AV supplier on their system, plus a 10% charge on the supplier's final invoice. This applies to any external technical providers beyond their in-house offerings.

Availability varies significantly by date and event size. The venue may not have capacity for large events with short lead times, and certain dates (like late November) can be fully booked well in advance.

Full day hire from 08:00-23:00 costs £15,620 + VAT, which includes Event Manager, Duty Manager, in-house Technician, and fire marshalling staff. This represents significant savings compared to the standard 9-hour rate.

Yes, Woolwich Works charges 10% commission on final invoices from both external caterers and AV suppliers, in addition to the £500 + VAT setup fee for each type of supplier.
