Frequently asked questions

Vision Hall can accommodate up to 420 guests seated or 1,100 standing. When combined with Inner Space, the maximum capacity increases to 1,300 standing across both spaces. For weddings requiring more than 420 seated guests, you can hire Vision Hall's ground floor, mezzanine, and Inner Space together to seat up to 700 guests across three connected levels.

Vision Hall costs £35,000-£42,000 per day depending on the event. This includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours, extensive AV infrastructure with smart rigging system, cloakroom facilities, and pre-tenancy plus post-event cleaning. A refundable damage deposit of £10,000 is required 30 days before the event.

There is a minimum food and beverage spend of £15,000-£18,000 depending on your event package. All catering is provided exclusively by the in-house team Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, and external catering is not permitted.

The venue includes a built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, state-of-the-art sound system, microphones, projectors, comfort monitors, switchers, and smart rigging system. Two AV technicians are included for up to 8 hours per day. Additional AV services are provided by partner company Pixl Evolution with dedicated on-site technicians.

The venue is currently unavailable for events until mid-April 2025 due to ongoing construction and refurbishment. Bookings are being taken from mid-April 2025 onwards, with some availability mentioned from mid-June 2025 for certain dates.
