Frequently asked questions

The Business space can accommodate up to 140 guests in theatre style with Tom Dixon conference chairs included. The space features flexible dividing walls allowing for modular layouts to suit different event formats including cabaret, U-shape, and boardroom configurations for corporate events, presentations, and seminars.

Based on available quotes, venue hire ranges from £35,000-£47,000 per day depending on space configuration and requirements. There is typically a minimum food and beverage spend of £15,000-£18,000 required, and a refundable damage deposit of £10,000 must be paid 30 days before the event.

The venue hire includes 2 LED screens, fully integrated AV solution, dedicated AV technicians for up to 8 hours per day, sound system, microphones, projectors, and state-of-the-art audio equipment. Additional technical requirements like staging, lecterns, and roaming microphones can be arranged through the in-house AV partner.

Each booking includes a dedicated venue manager, venue supervisor for up to 10 hours per day, 2 venue security staff for up to 10 hours per day, and cloakroom facilities. Pre-tenancy and post-event cleaning is also included in the hire fee.

Events typically run from 8:30am-5:00pm for day conferences, with organizer access available from 7:00am for setup. Evening events can run until 11:00-11:30pm, and the venue can accommodate full-day events from morning setup through to evening reception if required.

Catering is provided exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the in-house catering partner. They offer bespoke menus including day delegate rates (DDR) with arrival refreshments, lunch and breaks, 3-course seated meals, canapé receptions, and drinks packages including wine, beer and soft drinks.

The venue is currently in soft launch period with availability from mid-April 2025 onwards. February and March 2025 dates are unavailable, and there is significant interest in popular dates like October 25th, so early booking is recommended for preferred dates.

The Business space can be hired in combination with other areas of the venue for larger events. For conferences requiring exhibition space, breakout rooms, or networking areas, additional spaces can be arranged to accommodate up to 15 exhibition tables and separate areas for refreshments and networking.

The venue operates primarily as a full-service venue with in-house catering and AV partners. While dry hire options may be available for certain events, the standard offering includes their preferred suppliers for catering (Rhubarb Hospitality Collection) and AV services (Pixl Evolution).

The venue includes cloakroom facilities, Wi-Fi, loading access for equipment setup, panoramic terrace views of King's Cross, and is located in King's Cross with excellent transport links. The space is designed specifically for business events with luxury Tom Dixon furnishings and modular layouts suitable for presentations, seminars, and corporate functions.
