Exclusive hire minimum spends start from £45,000 excluding VAT and service charge. For specific events, minimums vary: £25,000 excluding VAT for some evening events, with an additional 15-18% service charge applied. All minimum spends are for food and beverage only and do not include additional mandatory costs.

The venue accommodates a maximum of 300 guests standing or 116 seated for exclusive hire. For semi-private areas, you can host up to 80 guests standing across multiple tables with drinks reception space near the sushi counter. The Speakeasy bar accommodates up to 30 guests standing only.

Security is mandatory at £300 including VAT for 2 additional security personnel. Furniture removal costs up to £2,000-£3,000 including VAT depending on requirements and final guest numbers. Service charge of 15-18% is applied to all food and beverage minimum spends but is excluded from the base minimum.

Evening events typically run from 18:00 to midnight for exclusive hire. Semi-private events run from 6pm till close. Access for setup is usually available from 17:00 onwards, with guest arrival typically from 18:30. Lunch events can run from 12:00-16:00 or 12:00-17:00.

For urgent bookings, confirmation may be required within 24-48 hours (by 4pm the following day for next week events). Semi-private areas are bookable two months in advance. Dates are only held upon specific request and require confirmation to secure.

Three main options: Full exclusive hire (300 standing/116 seated, £45k+ minimum), semi-private restaurant area (80 guests, £15k-£18k minimum including VAT), and Speakeasy bar (30 guests standing, £2.5k minimum including VAT). Group bookings start from £150 per person in December.

Tables can be removed for standing receptions, but booth seating remains in place as part of the fixed layout. Furniture removal incurs additional costs of £2,000-£3,000 including VAT. The venue can accommodate both seated and standing configurations depending on your event requirements.

If your budget falls below minimum spend requirements, the venue cannot accommodate the booking. For example, budgets under £2,500 for the Speakeasy or under £45,000 for exclusive hire will be declined. The venue does not offer flexibility on these minimums and will suggest alternative venues if budgets don't align.
