Corporate events start with a Day Delegate Rate at £66 per person including meeting room hire, breakfast pastries, unlimited refreshments, lunch, AV equipment, and PA system. Activity packages range from £38.99-£80.40 per person depending on inclusions. Private venue hire starts at £29,000-£32,000 for full exclusive use, with minimum bar spends from £5,000-£7,000 for private areas like Newtons Bar.

Activities include E-Karting, 14 AR Bowling Lanes, 6 AR Darts, 9-hole Urban Street Golf, 3 Immersive Gamebox rooms, Hologate VR, Sandbox VR, shuffleboards, pool tables, and arcade games. Activity packages cost £38.99-£80.40 per person, with private activity hire available at £2,000 per hour for bowling, darts, and golf combined.

Newtons Bar has a fire regulation capacity of 300 people but comfortably fits 200 for standing events. The Isaac Newton Suite and conference rooms accommodate smaller groups for meetings. Full venue hire can handle 800-1,000 guests across all four floors and 85,000 square feet of space.

Food packages range from £11.35 per person for kids' party buffets to £24 per person for multi-cultural selections with halal-certified meats. Drinks tokens cost £30-£32.50 per person for 5 drinks including house wine, spirits, mixers, beer, and soft drinks. Canapés are available at £20 per person, with substantial buffets and street food options also offered.

External caterers are not permitted as Gravity MAX has an in-house catering team. However, you can bring your own DJ and entertainment equipment. The venue provides AV capabilities including TV screens, PA systems, microphones, and lecterns for presentations and entertainment.

Bookings require calling the corporate team at 0330 159 5815 for quotations. A special offer provides 10% off bookings made before 15th February 2025 when quoting 'MAXJAN'. Payment terms and deposit requirements are discussed during the booking process with the Business Development Manager.

Sandbox VR requires guests to be 1.2m (48″) or taller, able to support 2kg gear weight for up to 1 hour, and walk unassisted for 30 minutes. For guests under 18, a parent/guardian must be physically present to sign waivers. The Deadwood Phobia experience is not recommended for children under 15 years old.

Corporate events typically run 9am-5pm for full-day packages, while evening events can run 6pm-midnight or later. Access time is usually provided 1 hour before event start. Specific timing availability varies by date and must be confirmed when booking, with some activities having capacity limitations during peak times.

Meeting spaces include TV screens, PA systems with microphones, lecterns, flipcharts, stationery, and free Wi-Fi. The venue can accommodate various layouts including cabaret, theatre, and standing reception formats. AV equipment is included in Day Delegate Rates, with additional technical support available for presentations and entertainment.
