Cinema Bar at Rich Mix

The Studio costs £1,525 + VAT for evening hire (6:30pm-11:30pm) and seats up to 100 guests in tiered seating with space for an additional 50 chairs in front. The Mix can be combined with The Studio for £2,720 + VAT (1pm-8pm) and works well for exhibitions and catering. Screen 3 costs £550 per hour and holds up to 59 guests with wheelchair accessibility.

Rich Mix has a 4-hour minimum hire requirement for most spaces. Cinema spaces like Screen 3 have a 2-hour minimum hire. The building operates from 9am-9pm, and events cannot run past 11:30pm as the venue closes by then.

A technician is mandatory at £125-£280 + VAT depending on the event duration. One event services staff member is included complimentary, but additional service staff cost £396 + VAT for two staff members. Bar staff is included in Studio hire pricing when the bar is opened for your event.

Basic lighting is complimentary, but projection costs £75 + VAT and PA system with 4 microphones costs £155 + VAT. Large screens are available in cinema spaces, and you can plug in laptops for presentations. All spaces have WiFi access included.

Rich Mix works with external suppliers for catering as they don't have a usable kitchen. External caterers are allowed but there's a 10% corkage fee. Internal catering includes refreshment stations at £3.50 + VAT per person per service, and drinks tokens at £5 + VAT each for house wine, beer, or soft drinks.

The Streetside room prohibits amplified music due to noise restrictions and is non-exclusive as it has stairs accessing escape rooms. External decorations are generally allowed in other spaces. The Streetside room requires a £400 refundable damage deposit. Other spaces may have similar deposit requirements, though specific amounts aren't specified for all rooms. All deposits are refundable provided no damage occurs.
