The Studio costs £1,525 + VAT for a 5-hour evening hire (6:30pm-11:30pm) including one bar staff member. Screen 3 costs £700 + VAT for a 2-hour daytime screening or £550 per hour for evening hires. The Streetside room has a day rate of £600 + VAT plus a £400 refundable damage deposit. All spaces have minimum hire periods and pricing varies by timing.

The Studio accommodates up to 100 guests in tiered seating with space for an additional 50 chairs in front. Screen 3 holds up to 59 guests and is wheelchair accessible with 2 spots. The Boardroom and Lab have a maximum capacity of 20 people each. The Mix can accommodate 150 seated guests and works well combined with other spaces.

A technician is mandatory at £125-£280 + VAT depending on the event. Cinema screenings require a 2-hour minimum hire. The Streetside room requires a £400 refundable damage deposit. VAT is added to all charges, and there's a 10% corkage fee if using external caterers.
