What are the pricing options for the Business space and what's included?

The Business space (Earth Kitchen) has flexible pricing depending on your event type. For private parties, hire starts at £2,000+VAT with a mandatory £5,000 minimum spend on drinks. For corporate events and presentations, pricing varies based on requirements but includes full event staffing, security, PA system, and venue cleaning. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

What is the capacity and layout options for the Business space?

The Business space can accommodate up to 300 guests standing or up to 80 guests in theatre-style seating for presentations. The space features natural daylight and can be configured for various layouts including corporate meetings, networking events, and intimate parties. It also has access to the roof terrace as additional outdoor space.

Can we book public or ticketed events through online platforms?

No, EartH does not book any public music events or ticketed events through online platforms such as Hirespace. All bookings must be made directly with the venue, and they typically only accommodate private corporate events, meetings, and closed functions in the Business space.

What AV and technical equipment is included with the Business space?

The Business space includes a full PA system and DJ equipment as standard. For presentations, multiple screens, staging, and microphones can be provided as required. The space is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, though specific technical requirements should be discussed during booking to ensure all needs are met.

What are the minimum hire periods and timing restrictions?

The minimum hire period is 10 hours for the Business space. The venue typically operates with events running during standard business hours, though specific timing can be flexible depending on your requirements and the type of event being hosted.

Are there mandatory minimum spend requirements for drinks?

Yes, for certain event types there is a mandatory minimum spend on drinks. For example, private parties require a £5,000 minimum spend on drinks in addition to the £2,000+VAT hire fee. This makes the total minimum cost £7,000+VAT for party-style events in the Business space.

What catering options are available and who provides them?

EartH works with approved catering suppliers rather than providing in-house catering. They can introduce you to their approved suppliers for any catering requirements, whether for corporate lunches, networking receptions, or other event dining needs. Catering costs are separate from venue hire.

How far in advance should we book and what is the booking process?

Popular dates are in high demand and the venue urges clients to move quickly if interested in specific dates. The booking process involves initial enquiry, site visit arrangement, and direct negotiation with the Senior Venue Sales Manager. They can hold dates temporarily while you make your decision.

Are there restrictions on what days of the week we can book?

Yes, there are day-of-week restrictions for certain types of events. Music events are typically confirmed for Fridays and Saturdays, which means the Business space may have limited availability on weekends. For corporate events and meetings, Sunday through Thursday availability is generally better.

What additional services are mandatory and what do they cost?

Full event staffing and security are mandatory and included in all hire packages. Venue cleaning is also included in the base price. Additional services like specialized AV equipment, staging, or technical support may incur extra charges that should be discussed during the booking process.
