Great space for corporates events such as receptions, product launches, food development using our commercial kitchen, small business meetings including conferences as well as private events such as weddings and birthday celebrations and many more. It's a lovely intimate venue that can be split into two different zones such as seating on the mezzanine and standing in the bar area.

Earth Theatre costs £5,500+VAT plus staffing for basic hire, or £8,000+VAT including staffing for live events. Earth Hall is £12,000+VAT for exclusive hire including staffing and security. Earth Kitchen is £2,000+VAT with a mandatory £5,000 minimum spend on drinks, or around £5,500+VAT including all staffing, security, and PA/DJ equipment.

Earth Theatre seats up to 680 guests or accommodates 700 total capacity. Earth Hall has a standing capacity of 1,200 guests. Earth Kitchen accommodates up to 300 guests and includes access to the roof terrace.

No, EartH does not book any public music events or ticketed concerts through online platforms like Hirespace. These types of events must be booked directly with the venue through their standard booking process.

Full venue hire includes exclusive use of the space, complete event staffing and security, venue PA and lighting packages, and pre/post event cleaning. Additional services like large screens, projectors, or video technicians cost an extra £2,000+VAT.

The minimum hire period is 10 hours. Music events are confirmed on Fridays and Saturdays, so these spaces would only be available Sunday through Thursday for non-music events on those days.

For 3-day events, Earth Theatre with Bar and Kitchen costs £22,000+VAT total, broken down as: live day £8,000+VAT plus £4,000+VAT staffing, build day £4,000+VAT plus £1,000+VAT staffing, and derig day £4,000+VAT plus £1,000+VAT staffing.

EartH works with approved catering suppliers that you'll be introduced to upon booking. For conferences, cold DDR (breakfast, snacks, lunch, drinks, barista) costs £33 per person+VAT, and 2-hour open bar packages cost £20 per person+VAT.

Yes, if you're supplying your own drinks, there's a mandatory bar buy-out fee of £3,000+VAT. Earth Kitchen requires a minimum spend of £5,000 on drinks when hired at the reduced rate of £2,000+VAT.

Yes, you can hire the whole venue (Earth Theatre, Earth Hall, Earth Kitchen, plus roof terrace and green rooms) for £12,500+VAT. This includes full event staffing, security, and all PA and lighting packages across all spaces.
