Katherine Johnson Boardroom accommodates up to 20 attendees and is ideal for all-day meetings, conferences, training sessions and many more; it features floor to ceiling windows, complimentary screen and projector (second TV screen available upon request), Polycom system for your hybrid meetings and flipcharts/whiteboard.

The Events Space alone costs £450 + VAT per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking (£1,350 + VAT minimum). For the Events Space & Business Lounge combined, the rate is £1,000 + VAT per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking (£3,000 + VAT minimum). If you book only the Events Space, all breaks and food must be consumed inside that space.

The Events Space can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre or standing format, 56 guests in cabaret style (7 tables of 8), or 32 guests in classroom setup. When booking the Events Space & Business Lounge together, you get the same capacity options but with additional space for breaks and networking.

Yes, security is mandatory at £250 + VAT after 18:00. You get 1 hour of complimentary setup time before your event, but any additional setup time will incur extra charges. An event manager is provided on-site during your event at no additional cost.

Breakfast options range from £4 + VAT per person (tea, coffee, biscuits) to £16 + VAT per person (tea, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, juices). Lunch is £22 + VAT per person (sandwiches, crisps, popcorn, desserts, fruit, soft drinks). Canapés cost £13 + VAT per person for platters or £4.50 + VAT per person for nuts, olives, and crisps. Soft drinks are £5 + VAT per person.

No, alcoholic drinks cannot be accommodated at the Farringdon venue. HubHub has another venue in Shoreditch where alcohol is permitted if that location would work for your event instead.

HubHub will hold dates temporarily, but if they don't hear back within 48 hours, they will release the hold. You need to confirm your booking promptly to secure your preferred date.

The venue provides screens, projectors, and microphones as standard. An event manager will be on-site during your event to assist with any technical needs. You can also request flipcharts for presentations and workshops.

If you book only the Events Space (not the combined package), all breaks and food service must take place within the Events Space itself - there's no separate area for catering. The venue requires visitor registration at reception, so you'll need to provide first and last names of all attendees in advance.

Yes, HubHub Farringdon offers meeting rooms that accommodate between 6 and 16 people, with rates ranging from £60 to £120 per hour + VAT depending on room size. These can be booked alongside the main Events Space for breakout sessions.
