The Ada Lovelace meeting room is a welcoming space designed for up to 6 people. Equipped with a LCD screen and a whiteboard, along with essential conference facilities, this room is perfect for private meetings, interviews, workshops and training sessions. As part of our diverse offerings, the Ada Lovelace is complemented by various other spaces to meet your needs, making it an ideal setting for collaboration and innovation.




Frequently asked questions

The Events Space alone costs £450 + VAT per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking (£1,350 + VAT minimum). For the combined Events Space & Business Lounge, the rate is £1,000 + VAT per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking (£3,000 + VAT minimum). If you book only the Events Space, any breaks or food must be consumed inside that space.

The Events Space can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre or standing format, 56 guests in cabaret style (7 tables of 8), or 32 guests in classroom setup. When combined with the Business Lounge, you maintain the same capacity but gain additional space for breaks and networking.

Breakfast options range from £4-£16 + VAT per person (tea/coffee/biscuits to full breakfast with sandwiches and juices). Lunch is £22 + VAT per person (sandwiches, crisps, popcorn, desserts, fruit, soft drinks). Canapés cost £13 + VAT per person for platters or £4.50 + VAT for nuts/olives/crisps. Soft drinks are £5 + VAT per person.

No, alcoholic drinks cannot be accommodated at the Farringdon venue. However, HubHub has another venue in Shoreditch where alcohol is permitted if that location would work for your event.

Security is mandatory at £250 + VAT for events running after 18:00. This is a required additional cost that cannot be waived for evening events.

HubHub will hold dates temporarily, but if they don't hear back within 48 hours of their follow-up, they will release the hold. You should respond promptly to secure your preferred date.

You receive 1 hour of complimentary setup time before your event. If you need additional setup time beyond this, you would need to arrange this separately with the venue.

The venue provides screens, projectors, microphones, and flipcharts. An event manager will be on-site during your event to assist with any needs that arise.

Yes, venue viewings can be arranged. You'll need to provide the first and last names of all visitors so they can be registered with reception. The venue team will coordinate available viewing times with you.

HubHub Farringdon offers meeting rooms that accommodate between 6 and 16 people, with rates ranging from £60 to £120 per hour + VAT depending on room size. These are ideal for breakout sessions or smaller meetings.
