The Thames Suite accommodates up to 80 guests for dining events. Private dining packages start at £65 per person VAT inclusive, which includes exclusive room hire, setup, selection of 3 canapés, and £25 drinks credit per person. For larger events, dinner packages are available at £120-135 per person including welcome Prosecco, 3-course plated dinner, half bottle of house wine per person, and dedicated events team.

Dining events typically run from 20:00-23:00 for evening functions. The venue provides dedicated lift access to the function space and red carpet entrance for special occasions. Access times can be arranged from earlier in the day for setup if required, with specific timings confirmed based on your event needs.

The venue offers various dining formats including 3-course plated dinners, buffet options, and canapé receptions. Menu upgrades to Deluxe options are available for an additional £10 per person. All packages include still and sparkling water, tea and coffee service, and can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice.

A minimum bar spend of £2,000 VAT inclusive applies to most dining events, covering additional bar consumption beyond included wine and Prosecco. Room hire fees may apply for extended use beyond standard dining hours, with evening room hire starting from £1,800 for alternative spaces if the main suite is unavailable.

The Thames Suite includes PA system and speakers as standard. Additional AV equipment is available including presentation screens (£450-1,200), microphones (£120 each), and stage setups (from £800). Background music via curated playlists is included, with options for live entertainment or DJ services available at additional cost.

The space can also accommodate separate registration and cloakroom areas as needed.

Tower Suites is located at 100 Minories, London EC3N 1JY, just 30 seconds from Tower Hill station. The venue is conveniently connected by three stations: Tower Hill, Tower Gateway, and Fenchurch Street, making it easily accessible for guests. The central City location provides excellent transport links across London.

The venue offers various branding opportunities including digital table plans, personalised menu cards, and options for sponsor content display on mounted screens. A bundle of 7 x 65" wall-mounted screens is available for £1,200 for displaying branding or sponsor content throughout the dining space.

All dining packages include a dedicated events manager and operations team, complimentary Wi-Fi, cloakroom facilities, and delegate stationery where applicable. The venue also provides mood lighting, background music, and can arrange special touches like red carpet entrance for premium events. 3D virtual tours are available to preview the space before booking.
