Frequently asked questions

Private Drinks Reception packages are available at £65 per person (VAT inclusive) for groups of 12 guests. This includes exclusive room hire and setup, selection of 3 canapés, and £25 drinks credit per person for beers, wines and soft drinks. Room hire for smaller meetings starts from £2,200 for 6-hour periods.

The Crescent Suite can accommodate up to 40 guests for meetings in cabaret or theatre style setup. For drinks receptions, the space works well for intimate groups of 12-40 people. The room is specifically designed for smaller, more intimate gatherings rather than large-scale events.

The Crescent Suite includes a double-sided screen and projector as standard with room hire. Additional AV equipment is available including PA system with microphone (£500 VAT inclusive), additional handheld or lapel microphones (£120 each), and IT assistance (£450 for half day, £750 for full day).

For meetings, F&B packages start from £80 per person including selection of canapés, bowl food, and £30 drinks allowance. Private dining options include 2-course and 3-course plated meals. The suite has a well-appointed bar and tea/coffee station, with still and sparkling water provided throughout events.

Events typically run from 08:00-17:00 for day meetings, with evening events possible from 20:00-23:00. Access is provided from 30 seconds away from Tower Hill station. Specific timing requirements should be confirmed during booking as extended hours may incur additional charges.

Room hire includes dedicated cloakroom facilities, space for registration, and access to the Crescent Garden at no additional charge. The suite features natural light, a tea/coffee station, and well-appointed bar area. A dedicated event planner and operations team are included with all bookings.
