Hridaya is our biggest Studio, It is perfect for workshops, yoga training and conferences. It comes with a projector, sound system and white board. It is situated on the ground floor of our studio, next to our kitchenette. It has natural light and is very quiet.

Tara Yoga Centre is a centre for yoga and spirituality, an oasis of tranquillity on the border of the city, a few minutes walk from Old street, Barbican and angel tube stations.
We have 5 rooms available for hire for meetings, seminars, workshops, talks, yoga, meditation, treatment, massage...all newly refurbished with a beautiful and unique design. There is a large reception area & a kitchenette equipped with a sink, kettle and fridge.
