Under the expert direction of Head Chef Chris Prow, who began his career almost 30 years ago, seeing him work across three continents. The restaurant showcases the finest British-inspired cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients sourced from small, trusted suppliers and farmers. Groups of 8 to 14 are welcome in our private dining rooms on the first floor of the hotel. Private dining is available Monday - Sunday.
