Space description
The spacious studio is located in Central Foundation Girls' School in Bow. The sport centre can be accessed through Bow road station ( 2 minutes walk) and Mile end station ( 5 minutes walk). There is good access to local buses and it is 10/15 minutes bus ride to Westfield shopping centre in stratford.
Our lovely dance studio is available for private hire for Fitness classes, Personal training sessions, dance rehearsals/classes and and even Mixed martial art classes.
We have mirrored walls, sound system and microphone, wood Ballet Barres and we can also provide projector if requested.
