The ground floor is pillar free and has over 1000 sq.m of floor space with a ceiling height of over 5m.

The area is a blank canvas for any event but ideal for exhibitions or large conferences with a capacity of up to 1000 delegates theatre style and access to vehicles.

On many occasions, the ground floor has been used to host team building activities, coupled with a conference seating area on the 2nd floor.
