The Grandstand (3 floors)
The 2nd floor of the Grandstand offers 870 sq.m of pillar free conference, dining or exhibition space for seating up to 550 delegates. It has full blackout blinds, 3 phase power and allows access to the balconies which enjoys superb views over the racecourse and Berkshire countryside. We have held a variety of events covering a range of sectors from: Technology, Pharmaceutical, Media, Finance and Government.

The Fred Winter & Mandarin Suites which are located within the Berkshire Stand offers a combined space to accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style or 90 cabaret. The Fred Winter can be split into 2 rooms and will seat up to 80 theatre style . The Mandarin could then be used as a smaller breakout room or as the catering area. Both rooms suites offer natural daylight and stunning views over the racecourse , with access to its own private balcony.
