Kindred is a Grade II listed Baroque mansion in Hammersmith, open to all and two minutes from Hammersmith tube. Five event spaces across three floors host weddings, Christmas and summer parties, conferences, away days, meetings, private dining and product launches, from 16 guests in the Butterwick Room to 300 for a full venue takeover. The Salon Bar holds up to 40 standing, or 25 in lounge seating. Combined with The Library next door, the space holds up to 80 standing.
Can the Salon Bar be booked with The Library?
Yes. The Library and Salon Bar are hired together as a self-contained second-floor space. Evening hire is £2,500 + VAT plus a £1,000 minimum spend (inc. VAT) on food and drink.
Is the Salon Bar suitable for corporate events?
Yes. It works as a breakout space for meetings in The Library, and for client drinks, networking events and post-conference receptions. Daytime meetings in The Library and Salon Bar are available on a Day Delegate Rate from £75 per person + VAT.
What food and drink can we have?
The Salon Bar is a fully stocked cocktail bar, and all catering is in-house. Canapés start at £15 per person for three, bowls are £9 each and grazing boards are £15 per person. Drinks can be pre-ordered or run on a bar tab
How late can events run?
Events finish at 11pm as standard. A midnight extension is available for £375 + VAT, and a 2am late licence for £750 + VAT including two security staff.
Is the Salon Bar accessible?
Yes. The Salon Bar is on the second floor of Kindred at Bradmore House, and a lift serves all floors with no steps within them. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

Are there any extra charges?
A 10% service charge, which goes entirely to the team, is added to food and drink, plus a 3% admin fee on the event total. A 50% deposit secures the date.
