ODEON Luxe Swiss Cottage offers 5 screens for hire: Screen 1 IMAX with 188 recliner seats (including wheelchair spaces), Screen 2 with 71 seats, Screen 3 with 46 seats, Screen 4 with 53 seats, and Screen 5 with 49 seats. All screens feature reclining seats and are wheelchair accessible.

How much does it cost to hire the screens for corporate events?

Screen 1 IMAX costs £4,500-£6,000 including VAT for a 3-hour block booking or full day hire. Smaller screens (2-5) cost £850-£1,200 including VAT per day. For example, Screen 4 (53 capacity) costs £1,060 including VAT, while Screen 2 (71 capacity) costs £1,200 including VAT per day.

What's included in the venue hire cost?

The hire cost includes exclusive screen and auditorium use, in-house audio-visual equipment supporting presentation-style setup, one microphone as standard, staffing and technical support on the day. A mandatory technical rehearsal must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to the event.

What are the additional costs for extra equipment and services?

Additional microphones cost £50 each beyond the one included microphone. Food and drink packages range from £3.50 for kids mix to £12.50 including VAT for nachos/hot dog with sweets and water, with upgrade options for soft drinks (£0.90) or Ice Blast (£1.25) per person.

How long are quotes valid and what's the booking process?

Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue. After accepting a quote, availability must be double-checked with the Film booking Team before confirmation. Site visits can be arranged with either the sales team or a General Manager to walk through the venue.

What are the capacity limitations for events?

The maximum capacity is 188 guests in the IMAX screen. Events requiring more than 188 attendees cannot be accommodated and alternative venues will be suggested, such as ODEON Luxe Leicester Square or ODEON Tottenham Court Road.

What timing information is required for booking?

You must provide detailed timing including arrival time for setup, guest arrival time, screen start time, screen finish time, and overall event finish time. The sales team requires all these details before providing a final quote.

What are the working hours for the sales team?

Can you screen your own films or content?

Yes, the venue can accommodate custom content including documentary footage via ProRes/.mov files with stereo sound. The sales team will ask what specific films or content you're looking to screen as part of the booking process.
