These bright and elegant rooms offer stunning views over the Courts of Justice. Centrally located just off the Strand the space is ideal for meetings, workshops, presentations or dinners and receptions.

The spaces are also exceptionally flexible and can be divided to form three smaller meeting spaces, if your delegates require space for breakout or group activities.

Smaller spaces like David Lloyd George cost £1,600 + VAT with £1,350 minimum spend, and Holborn & Lincoln cost £950 + VAT per day with £200 minimum spend.

The Common Room accommodates up to 244 theatre style with stage, 180 seated on round tables with stage, 150 theatre style with catering in room, or 96 cabaret style with catering served in room. The Strand, Fleet & Bell suites accommodate up to 60 banqueting, while Holborn & Lincoln accommodates up to 20 boardroom style.

Basic AV package costs £300-400 + VAT and includes screen, projector, lectern with mic, handheld mic, and for larger spaces like Common Room also includes stage, two repeater screens, flipchart, and PA system. An AV technician is included to assist with setup for conference packages.

DDR packages start from £60 + VAT per person (minimum 100 guests) including arrival refreshments, lunch, and AV equipment. Executive lunch options include 2 grab items, fruit, and traybake. Yes, organisers typically receive early access 1 hour before the official start time. For full-day events (9:00am-5:00pm), organiser access is available from 8:00am, and for evening events starting at 6:00pm, access is available from 5:00pm.

Yes, the Strand, Fleet & Bell suites are three interconnecting rooms that can be hired individually or as one large space, making them ideal for presentations, seminars, breakout spaces and meetings. Each room is fully soundproofed and equipped with built-in AV.

Corporate packages include complimentary Wi-Fi, filtered water throughout, dedicated team on the day, registration table, digital and directional signage, cloakroom facilities, and security where required. Personalised digital welcome signs are also provided for most packages.

The venue accommodates filming requirements but needs advance notice to understand specific needs including dates, number of people, crew catering requirements, and whether filming can be contained within hired rooms. During weekdays, the building is open to Law Society members and the public, so weekend filming may be preferred.
