In-house catering by Graysons includes arrival tea/coffee/pastries, executive lunch with grab items and fruit, and formal dining options. Two-course dinners cost £57 + VAT per person. Full dinner packages range from £124.50-£140.50 + VAT per person including wine and service. Minimum catering spends vary by room from £200-£5,000 + VAT.

Organisers typically receive early access 1 hour before the event start time. For 9am-5pm bookings, organiser access begins at 8am. Evening events starting at 6pm allow organiser access from 5pm. An AV technician is provided to assist with setup for larger events with full staging and equipment.

All business bookings include complimentary Wi-Fi, dedicated team on the day, registration table (manned by client), directional signage, personalised digital welcome signs, unmanned cloakroom facilities, and filtered water throughout. Security is included for evening events. The venue provides flipcharts and PA systems for presentations.
