The Frank Whittle Room is available for half-day hire (8:30am to 1pm or 2pm to 5:30pm) at £465 (VAT exempt). Full day hire (8:30am to 5:30pm) is £870 (VAT exempt). Weekend hire operates on a minimum charge basis of £6,000 (VAT exempt) for 8 hours between 8:30am-10pm, which includes exclusive venue access.

The Frank Whittle Room can accommodate up to 17 people in boardroom style. For filming and photography, the space offers flexibility with period and modern design elements, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Available AV equipment includes a full hybrid package with LED screen, HD camera, soundbar and microphones for £165 (plus VAT), or a basic screen and HDMI cable for £83 (plus VAT). Flipchart and pens are available for £22 each (plus VAT). All AV packages include technical support from a specialized technician.

Yes, you can bring your own equipment, but any 3rd party suppliers must schedule a site visit with an OBW technician to discuss setup requirements. You must provide certification for current PLI & PAT testing for any equipment brought on site and complete a risk assessment for the work.
