This versatile space can be used as a full auditorium for large scale events such as conferences, presentations or large meetings. Or, as a draped short hall with the use of our in house draping system, allowing to create a blank canvas ballroom.

The various layouts can accommodate huge conferences from 1,000 - 12,334 delegates in a theatre style layout or 1,400 for a corporate dinner dance or awards ceremony in a banquet set up.

Live day hire costs £35,000 plus VAT for up to 12 hours, which includes hall draping, rolling stage (60' x 40' x 6'), 9 dressing rooms, 3 production offices, operations and technical managers, front of house stewards and security, medical and fire officers, backstage Wi-Fi, venue cleaning, and power and water. Set-up days cost £12,500 plus VAT for up to 12 hours.

The Business space can accommodate 1,000-12,334 delegates in theatre style layout, or 1,400 guests for corporate dinner dance or awards ceremony in banquet setup. The space functions as either a full auditorium for large scale events or can be configured as a draped short hall using the in-house draping system to create a blank canvas ballroom.

Catering packages include arrival tea, coffee and pastries plus street food vans for lunch from £35 per person plus VAT. Three-course dinner is available at £95 per person plus VAT. Continuous service of tea, coffee and water (9:30am-5pm) with sandwich bag lunch costs £40 per person plus VAT.

The venue hire includes a rolling stage measuring 60' x 40' x 6' with wings and access ramp, plus dedicated operations and technical managers. Additional AV requirements like screens, projectors, PA systems, and microphones can be arranged but are quoted separately based on specific event needs.

You need to complete a booking form which is sent after initial enquiry to receive an accurate proposal. For live events and concerts, enquiries are handled by the programming team at a specific email address. The venue can have provisional holds on dates that are not yet confirmed, so early enquiry is recommended.

The hire includes 9 dressing rooms, 3 production offices, backstage crew catering area, backstage and in-venue Wi-Fi, venue cleaning to industry standard following ASM Global's Venue Shield programme. The space also features changing rooms and provides a blank canvas environment with flexible draping options.

Setup can begin at 6am on event day, with hire starting from this time. De-rig must be completed by 3am the following day. Set-up days are available the day before events for £12,500 plus VAT for up to 12 hours, and breakdown can extend into the following morning if required.

Front of house security and stewarding, operations managers, technical managers, medical officers, and fire officers are all included in the venue hire cost. Additional backstage security, enhanced front of house security, and other operational support can be arranged at additional cost if required.

Live events and concerts are handled by a separate programming team and require completion of a specific booking form. The venue accommodates ticketed events and can support various event types including conferences, corporate events, awards ceremonies, and live music performances with appropriate technical and production support.
