Live event days cost £35,000-£60,000 plus VAT for up to 12 hours, depending on event requirements. Set-up days are charged at £12,500-£20,000 plus VAT for up to 12 hours. The venue hire includes rolling stage (60' x 40' x 6'), 9 dressing rooms, 3 production offices, operations and technical managers, front of house security and stewarding, medical and fire officers, backstage Wi-Fi, venue cleaning, and power and water.

The arena can accommodate up to 12,500 people for concerts and live music events. For corporate events, the space can host up to 3,000 guests with flexible configurations. The venue offers uninterrupted floor space that can be adapted for various event formats from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.

Live music events and concerts are handled by the programming team rather than the standard events team. You must complete a booking form and submit it to the programming team at their dedicated email address. They will respond with availability and pricing for your specific dates and requirements.

The venue includes a rolling stage measuring 60' x 40' x 6' with wings and access ramp, 9 dressing rooms, 3 production offices, and backstage crew catering area. The arena floor and ceilings have adequate loading limits with a mother grid and catwalks for rigging equipment. Dedicated operations and technical managers are provided as part of the hire.

Front of house security staff, front of house stewards, medical officer, and fire officer are mandatory and included in the venue hire cost. Additional backstage security, enhanced front of house security, and extra staffing may be required depending on your event's risk assessment and specific requirements, charged separately.

Setup typically begins at 6am on the build day, with events running during standard hours, and breakdown must be completed by 3am. You can hire setup days for up to 12 hours at £12,500-£20,000 plus VAT. The venue provides flexibility for production-heavy events that require extended setup time.

The venue operates a provisional hold system where dates may be held by other events before confirmation. Weekend dates (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) are in high demand for concerts and live music events. You should provide flexible date options when enquiring, as confirmed events take priority over provisional bookings.

Catering ranges from £35-£95 per person plus VAT depending on requirements. Options include arrival tea/coffee and pastries, sandwich bag lunches (£40 per person), street food vans for lunch, and three-course dinners (£95 per person). Continuous tea, coffee and water service throughout the day is available for £48 per person plus VAT.

The venue includes basic power, water, and backstage Wi-Fi in the hire cost. Additional technical support, IT support, enhanced AV equipment, and production requests are available as add-ons charged separately. The venue has adequate rigging points and loading capacity for complex production setups.

Additional costs may include backstage security, enhanced front of house security, forklifts and drivers, additional draping, extra barriers, IT support, and specific production requests. Catering is charged separately from £35-£95 per person plus VAT. All prices exclude VAT at 20%.
