OVO Arena Wembley is the second largest arena in London and is known best for being a live entertainment venue, hosting a variety of comedy shows, music concerts and sporting events for over 80 years.

Before this, the space was known as the "Empire Pool" where it saw the 1948 Summer Olympics. The history the Grade II venue has, brings incredible internal and external spots for filming opportunities.

Venue hire includes front of house stewards and security staff, medical and fire officers, plus dedicated Operations and Technical Managers. Additional backstage security, enhanced front of house security, and IT support are available at extra cost. All staff costs are included in the base hire price for standard events.

For all live events including concerts, music performances, and entertainment shows, you must complete a booking form and submit it to the programming team at the specific email address provided by the venue. The programming team handles all live event bookings and will respond with availability and pricing. Standard enquiries to the general email address will be redirected to the programming team.

Setup typically begins at 6am on the build day, with the venue hire starting from this time. De-rig must be completed by 3am following the event. Set-up days are charged separately at £12,500-£20,000 plus VAT for up to 12 hours, in addition to the live day hire costs.

The venue operates a provisional hold system where dates may be held by other events before confirmation. Weekend dates (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) are in high demand for live entertainment. Events can be booked well in advance, with some bookings being taken for 2026 and 2027, but availability varies significantly based on the venue's live entertainment calendar.
