Based on recent quotes, venue hire ranges from £35,000-£60,000 plus VAT for live event days (up to 12 hours), with setup days costing £12,500-£20,000 plus VAT. Corporate events for 900 people were quoted £70,000 plus VAT for the live day and setup combined. Additional costs may apply for enhanced security, technical support, and production requests.
What capacity can the venue accommodate for different event layouts?
The venue can accommodate up to 3,000 guests for corporate events according to their description. Recent quotes show events ranging from 300 people in cabaret style to 5,000 for concerts, with theatre-style seating available for conferences. The flexible space allows for various configurations including cabaret, theatre, and exhibition layouts.
What catering options are available and what are the costs?
Catering packages include arrival tea/coffee with pastries, sandwich bag lunches at £40 per person plus VAT, and three-course dinners at £95 per person plus VAT. Continuous tea, coffee and water service throughout the day is available. Street food vans for lunch start from £35 per person plus VAT, and buffet-style options are also offered.

Standard venue hire includes front of house stewards, front of house security staff, dedicated Operations and Technical Managers, Medical and Fire Officer staff. How flexible are the event dates and what happens if my preferred date is unavailable?
The venue operates on a first-come, first-served basis with some dates held provisionally until confirmed. If your preferred date is unavailable, the venue team will suggest alternative dates or may direct you to find an alternative venue if no suitable dates are available. Weekend dates appear to be in higher demand, particularly for concerts and large events.
What are the setup and breakdown time allowances?
Setup typically begins at 6am on the build day, with events running during standard hours, and breakdown must be completed by 3am the following day. Setup days are charged separately at £12,500-£20,000 plus VAT for up to 12 hours. The venue allows flexible timing arrangements but charges are based on 12-hour periods.
