Located in the Rose Lipman Building, a well-known community art space in the 1960s, that later became a library and community centre, the Community Hall is now a part of the Mill Co Project, and is available for hire for a variety of purposes, including as a rehearsal space. This large, open space, with a stage and plenty of room for an audience, can be hired at a low rate in exchange for working with fellow community members. The Hall has plenty of natural lighting, storage space, projectors, a PA system, and professional stage lighting.

The Great Russell Suite provides the ideal setting for conferences, seminars and dinner dances. In addition to its private registration and cloakroom area, and private bar it also has access to the outdoor Garden Grill which overlooks a secret garden square. DDR is available from £65pp The pricing listed is indicative and depends on the event. The Montague is known for excellent hosting of residential events and can offer a group rate accordingly.

The Garden Room adjoins directly to the Conservatory, the space can seat up to 250 guests for a wedding breakfast. The Garden Room has floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing fantastic views of the city skyline, Barbican Lakeside, and St Giles Church. It also has a state-of-the-art lighting system, so it is an excellent choice to host the evening reception, after the ceremony in the Conservatory, for the post-dinner dancing.

Our space is perfect for bespoke events- whether it is a brand launch, a party or community event we can put something together truly unique that will leave lasting memories for your attendees. We have hosted Christmas Parties, Birthday Parties & Corporate Events. There are plenty of storage and behind the scenes areas for your team, a prep kitchen, office and beautiful changing rooms and showers should your guest need to use them. There is music/ speakers throughout the venue and ability for DJs to plug into our system. There is also a projector in the cafe to play any promotional material.
