This dynamic space can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests, providing an ideal setting for gatherings, events, or celebrations. The Olympia is also equipped with two of our state-of-the-art interactive Ping Pong X tables, ensuring endless entertainment for guests.

Frequently asked questions

Bounce operates on a minimum spend basis with no venue hire fee - all costs go towards food, drinks, and activities. Minimum spends vary by space and day, ranging from £2,700 for smaller areas to £17,500 for exclusive half-venue hire of The Playground. Saturday events cost significantly more than weekday bookings. All prices are subject to 12.5% service charge.

Bounce Farringdon offers several event spaces: The Jaques Room (up to 100 standing, private room with karaoke and beer pong), The Vault (up to 100 standing with 3 ping pong tables and 2 Ping Pong X tables), The Playground (up to 200 standing, half-venue hire with 5 ping pong tables, 5 Ping Pong X tables, and 1 beer pong table), and The Olympia (up to 40 guests with 2 Ping Pong X tables). Each space includes dedicated table service.

All spaces include ping pong tables and Ping Pong X tables (AI-powered interactive ping pong). The Jaques Room also features karaoke facilities and beer pong. Games Gurus (activity facilitators) are available for £5 + VAT per person to run tournaments and activities. The venue provides all equipment and can customize lighting to match company colors.

The minimum spend can be fully converted into any combination of food, drinks, and activity costs. You can allocate specific amounts towards pre-ordered sharing-style food from the à la carte menu, with any remainder going towards a bar tab on the day. The venue offers both group packages and individual menu ordering to maximize flexibility within your budget.

Bounce offers tiered packages including Bronze (£38pp with 2 house drinks and 1 pizza) and Gold (£78pp with prosecco, 3 house drinks, sharing bites, and unlimited pizza). All packages include Games Guru facilitation. For conferences, Day Delegate packages are £70.80pp including breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, and unlimited beverages. Custom à la carte pre-orders are also available.

The venue includes wireless microphones, HDMI connections for presentations, and can display content on mirror screens. Stadium-grade lighting can be adjusted to match company logo colors. Additional TV screens in bar areas can display company branding. For advanced requirements like live streaming or hybrid events, their partner F1 Sound provides additional technical services at extra cost.

The venue requires quotes to be reviewed promptly, with follow-up calls offered to discuss options in detail. Bookings should be made well in advance, particularly for December dates which have higher minimum spends. The events team provides 3D virtual tours and can arrange site visits to help with planning decisions.

Saturday events incur much higher costs than weekday bookings. The venue offers better rates for Tuesday and Wednesday events, with some activity costs waived for social events finishing by 5pm on these days. Events can run for up to 6 hours in private rooms, with access typically available from one hour before the event start time for setup.

Additional services include photobooth hire, Games Gurus at £5+VAT per person, chair hire for conferences (approximately £1,000-£1,200), and venue branding with company logos on screens. The venue can accommodate dietary requirements and offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic alternatives for all packages. Extension fees apply for postponing public opening hours.

The venue can accommodate guests in wheelchairs and provides access to disabled parking for charity events. The space offers natural daylight in some areas and can be configured for various layouts including cabaret style for conferences. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated through their catering options.
