Bounce Farringdon operates on a minimum spend basis with no venue hire fee. Minimum spends vary by day and time - for example, Sunday events range from £6,000 + VAT + 12.5% service charge for half-day bookings to £14,000 + VAT + 12.5% service charge for full-day exclusive hire. Saturday bookings cost significantly more than weekday rates.

Multiple spaces are available including The Vault (up to 100 standing guests with 3 ping pong tables and 2 Ping Pong X tables), The Jaques Room (up to 100 standing guests with 3 ping pong tables, 1 beer pong table, and karaoke), and The Playground (up to 200 guests with 5 ping pong tables, 5 Ping Pong X tables, and 1 beer pong table). Each space includes dedicated table service and exclusive use of activity tables.

The minimum spend can be fully converted into your choice of food, drinks, and activity costs. You can allocate specific amounts towards food pre-orders (sharing style, not buffet), with the remainder going towards a bar tab on the day. All allocations are made from à la carte menus within the minimum spend amount.

Basic AV equipment includes microphones for presentations, material display on two mirror screens via HDMI connection, and adjustable stadium-grade lighting that can match company logo colors. There are also 2 additional TV screens in bar areas for company logo display. For advanced requirements like live streaming or hybrid events, their partner company F1 Sound provides additional tech services at extra cost.

Events can be booked for up to 4-6 hours depending on the space. Example time slots include 11am-3:30pm for half-day bookings or 11am-close for full-day exclusive hire. The venue offers flexibility with timing but Saturday bookings are significantly more expensive than weekday options.

Group packages include Bronze Package (£38 per person + 12.5% service charge with 2 house drinks and 1 pizza per person) and Gold Package (£78 per person + 12.5% service charge with prosecco, 3 house drinks, sharing bites, and unlimited pizza). All packages include Games Guru facilitators and can be customized with à la carte menu options.

Games Gurus (facilitators) are included in group packages and available as add-ons for £5 + VAT per person. They run activities and tournaments for guests, provide entertainment throughout the event, and give out prizes to winning teams to keep engagement high during the event.

Activities include traditional ping pong tables, AI-powered Ping Pong X tables, beer pong tables, and karaoke facilities (in select spaces like The Jaques Room). Some spaces also feature UV lighting for atmosphere. All activity tables are exclusively available to your group during the booking period.
