Providing a unique blank canvas event space for any celebration including Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, weddings or parties. A 1km immersive ride can be included with packages at an extra cost to really set any event apart.

The Postal Museum and Courtyard costs £8,250 + VAT for access from 14:00, guest arrival from 15:00, and departure at 23:00, with capacity for up to 120 standing reception. Mail Rail costs £5,500 + VAT for access from 17:00, guest arrival at 18:00, and departure at 23:00, with capacity for up to 275 standing reception. Extended hours cost £500 + VAT per hour for both spaces, subject to availability.

The Postal Museum and Courtyard accommodates up to 120 for standing reception. Mail Rail accommodates up to 275 for standing reception, up to 200 seated theatre style, or up to 150 for seated dinner. Learning Space A holds 40 seated cabaret or 60 theatre style.

All catering, production, floristry, entertainment and other services must be provided by accredited suppliers only. The venue provides a list of approved suppliers and offers guidance on selection, but you cannot bring your own external suppliers for any services.

The Mail Rail train costs from £1,500-£2,000 + VAT for a 3-hour slot, with trains departing every 10 minutes. Each train accommodates up to 20 guests with a 15-minute journey time. This is an optional add-on to enhance the event experience.

To secure a booking, you must complete a booking form and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is payable 60 days before the event. The venue can put dates on hold while you make your decision.

Viewings are offered Tuesday to Friday between 9am-5pm, and Mondays subject to availability. You meet in The Postal Museum Welcome Space and can arrange a viewing by contacting the venue sales team directly.

For events requiring museum closure (Tuesday-Sunday), Mail Rail costs £20,000 + VAT for 09:00-17:00 access. For Monday events when the museum is closed, Mail Rail costs £5,500-£6,000 + VAT for 08:00 setup, 09:00 guest arrival, and 17:00 departure.

The Courtyard features a stunning living wall, authentic red telephone box, and iconic red post boxes that can be fully branded. Mail Rail offers industrial architectural features including exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings, archways, and authentic railway tracks with countless branding opportunities throughout the space.

The Postal Museum and Courtyard allows access from 14:00 for setup with earliest guest arrival at 15:00 and departure at 23:00. Mail Rail allows access from 17:00 with guest arrival at 18:00 and departure at 23:00. Extended hours beyond 23:00 cost £500 + VAT per hour.

Monday events are significantly cheaper as the museum is closed (£5,500-£6,000 + VAT vs £20,000 + VAT for Mail Rail). Tuesday-Sunday events require museum buyout pricing. The venue sales coordinator works Monday to Friday only.
