Bounce operates on a minimum spend basis with no venue hire fee - all costs go towards food, drinks, and activities. Minimum spends vary significantly by day and time, ranging from £2,700 for smaller weekday bookings to £17,500+ for weekend exclusive areas. Saturday bookings cost much higher than weekdays, and all minimum spends are subject to an additional 12.5% service charge.

Bounce Farringdon offers several event spaces: The Jaques Room (private room for up to 100 standing, includes 3 ping pong tables, beer pong, karaoke, and private bar), The Vault (exclusive area for up to 100 standing with 3 ping pong tables and 2 Ping Pong X tables), and The Playground (half-venue hire for up to 200 guests with 5 ping pong tables, 5 Ping Pong X tables, and 1 beer pong table). Each space includes dedicated table service.

The minimum spend can be fully converted into your choice of food, drinks, and activity costs. You can allocate specific amounts towards food pre-orders (sharing style, not buffet), with the remainder going towards a bar tab on the day. Bounce offers both group packages and a la carte pre-orders from their menu to utilize the minimum spend.

Bounce offers tiered group packages including Bronze Package at £38 per person (2 house drinks, 1 pizza per person) and Gold Package at £78 per person (glass of Prosecco, 3 house drinks, sharing bites, unlimited pizza, Games Guru). All packages are subject to 12.5% service charge and can be applied towards your minimum spend requirement.

Basic AV equipment includes microphones for presentations, material display on two mirror screens via HDMI connection, and adjustable stadium-grade lighting that can match company logo colors. There are also 2 additional TV screens in bar areas for company logo display. For advanced tech requirements including hybrid events, their partner company F1 Sound can provide additional equipment at extra cost.

Games Gurus are facilitators who run activities and tournaments for guests, providing entertainment throughout the event and giving out prizes to winning teams. They cost £5 + VAT per person and are available as an optional add-on to enhance the interactive experience of your corporate event.

Saturday bookings are possible but cost significantly more than weekday rates and will likely exceed most standard budgets. Weekend minimum spends are substantially higher than weekday options, making weekday bookings much more cost-effective for corporate events.
