The Downstairs Cocktail Bar at LOCKES Covent Garden

You may bring in some decorations and cake for events in the Downstairs Bar, according to customer event requests referencing both. There is no explicit approval or list of prohibited items, but full outside catering is not confirmed as allowed and should be checked directly with the venue. We request a £30 "corkage fee" for guests bringing a bottle of wine or cake.

All minimum spend requests are subject to 12.5% service charge. We charge a fee of £100 for disposal of left items such as helium gas canisters.

Once availability is confirmed by the venue, clients discuss event details and agree to a minimum spend figure. We request a 50% deposit in order to confirm a booking. This deposit is refundable once the minimum spend has been achieved.

In busier periods such as Christmas, a higher minimum spend would lbe requested.
