The Kassam Stadium offers a dedicated meetings and events team to assist with a range of event needs. The venue features 38 flexible rooms for up to 400 delegates, banqueting for up to 400, unique exhibition spaces, and free WiFi internet access throughout. The venue also provides LCD, plasma, and audio visual equipment with trained experts available, as well as a team of chefs to tailor make menus. Energy stations offering cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and biscuits are available, and there are over 2000 free parking spaces. Day delegate packages start from £43.20 per person and include main meeting room hire, single executive box, mineral water & mints, servings of tea & coffee and biscuits, lunch option, flipchart & markers, LCD projector & screen, complimentary Wi-Fi, delegate pads and pens, and 2,000 complimentary car parking spaces. The venue also offers meeting rooms by the hour, with small meeting options available. Single Executive boxes can be booked at short notice for an hourly or full day rate, inclusive of VAT. The venue provides delegate pads and pens, jugs of water and sweets, use of LCD TV with HDMI connectivity, complimentary parking, and Wi-Fi. The Kassam Stadium is equipped to host a variety of events and meetings, with options for both large and small gatherings.
