Energy stations offering cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and biscuits are available, and there are over 2000 free parking spaces. Day delegate packages start from £43.20 per person and include main meeting room hire, single executive box, mineral water & mints, servings of tea & coffee and biscuits, lunch option, flipchart & markers, LCD projector & screen, complimentary Wi-Fi, delegate pads and pens, and 2,000 complimentary car parking spaces. The venue also offers meeting rooms by the hour, with small meeting options available. Single Executive boxes can be booked at short notice for an hourly or full day rate, inclusive of VAT.
