Guests can dine at Rhubarb, which is open all day from 12 noon until 10:00pm, and at The Whisky Room, which offers seasonal dishes beside a fire. Private dining rooms cater for groups from a lunch for fourteen to a formal dinner for fifty, and the Circular Stables hosts dinners, balls, corporate events and award ceremonies.
