Prestonfield House is a 5-star hotel set in one of Edinburgh's historic buildings, five minutes from the Old Town and minutes from Waverley railway station and the Royal Mile. It sits in the shadow of Arthur's Seat and is surrounded by 20 acres of gardens and parkland. The hotel has 23 bedrooms, comprising Classic Rooms, Luxury Bedrooms, Estate Rooms and Prestonfield Suites, decorated in a rich style with antiques and ornate wood panelling. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and parking is included. For events, the hotel offers meeting rooms on site, catering, room blocks and group rates, along with coach parking and an airport shuttle. Private dining rooms can host a lunch for fourteen or a formal dinner for fifty, and The Circular Stables hosts dinners, balls, corporate events and award ceremonies. The on-site restaurant, Rhubarb, and The Whisky Room bar add to the facilities, and the hotel is wheelchair accessible.
