Its brutalist warehouse complex includes a gallery, warehouse, courtyard, Hot House and Boiler Room, supporting club nights, live music, festivals, private parties, exhibitions, pop-ups, screenings and creative productions. The venue offers professional sound and lighting, multiple bars, DJ facilities, outdoor space and late licensing.
