Dry hire rates start from £15,000 + VAT per day. For wet hire events, the venue operates on a sliding scale hire fee with minimum spend requirements ranging from £13,500 to £25,000 depending on the hire fee level chosen. The venue takes bar income while you take door receipts.

The venue can accommodate up to 1,200 guests for standing events (work to 1,200 including internal staff). Security is arranged based on ticket sales and guest demographics, with costs included in wet hire packages or arranged separately for dry hire events.

Access is available from 9:00 AM on the contract day. The venue includes an event manager, AV technician, use of all in-house AV equipment, 3 multi-station bars with fridges and storage, finishing kitchen, venue furniture (industrial poseur tables, stools, 8 black sofas, coffee tables), cloakroom with rails and hangers, and state-of-the-art lighting throughout.

The bar must close and music must be turned down 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. The venue operates 3 bars total - one in the main lounge, one in Tunnel A (middle tunnel), and one in the smaller Chill Out Zone upstairs.

A 10-hour sound technician is included in the hire, along with use of all in-house AV equipment as per the technical specifications. Additional hours for the sound tech can be arranged if needed. Full technical specs and floorplans are available on the venue website at 26leakestreet.com.

Payment is typically split into multiple invoices. For wet hire, a pre-authorization is required to hold the minimum spend amount, with the balance only taken if the minimum spend is not reached on the night. Contracts are signed before payment, and an event planner is assigned to work through all planning details.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible throughout all areas. The space offers maximum flexibility for capacity with in-house poseur tables available.
