From awards dinners and live conferences to product launches and exhibitions - East Wintergarden is a uniquely flexible space, known for it's stunning architecture and expansive interiors, which lends itself perfectly for all kinds of events. All spaces are flooded with natural daylight and each can be tailored to your specific requirements, come complete with contemporary furniture, a range of catering options and wide range of technical production. With 1,000 person standing capacity, and upto 600 guests seated, the Main Hall is our largest space, ideal for events with large guest numbers.
The Promenade Room is the ideal meeting space based in the heart of London’s business district. The bright and airy room is an events space adjacent to the Main Hall. With views over Canary Wharf’s dockside it is ideal for workshop sessions, boardroom meetings, press conferences and small presentations.
The Gallery, a mezzanine level suspended above the Main Hall can be hired independently to hold smaller, intimate networking and conference events whilst still enjoying the venue’s striking architecture. Overlooking the grand Main Hall on one side and the picturesque Jubilee Park on the other it provides the perfect compromise for those wanting to put on a ‘wow’ factor event without the large numbers. The Gallery has a cloakroom on site (staffing of which is chargeable) and registration can be set up directly outside The Gallery entrance or in the East Vestibule outside of the venue.
